Sasuke felt very warm and somehow loved, being held delicately by someone as he half-laid on their lap. He felt like he was a little baby again and that feeling was so warm and fuzzy that he cuddled his face into the person's chest which for sure didn't belong to his brother. When that thought has occured to him, he frowned, with the eyes still closed and breathed in the scent of the bigger body. It didn't smell like mommy either, but he was sure by now that it was some woman holding him. The last doubts that he had were gone as she spoke up.

The scream that tore from my throat was brutal. I knew that it would be sore and hoarse later, but I didn't care. When Sasuke regained his conciousness, he sat up and looked around, still feeling a little bit dizzy after the fall. So he had made it through. He raised his head up and realized there was no abyss above him, only the lovely blue sky not stained by a single cloud. He decided not to ponder about it, but to start looking for his backpack which had gone missing. How did it manage to fall from his back, he couldn't tell. He got up and brushed his dirtied kness from the dark soil.
